Haoji Stamping Tool & Die Co., Ltd. , founded in 1996, has been engaged in manufacturing PROGRESSIVE DIE for metal parts, all kind of TOOLING SOLUTIONS for Flex PCB(hole piercing,outline blanking etc.), SHEET METAL FABRICATION(by CNC press brake and CNC punching machine..etc.), METAL STAMPING PRODUCTION(supported by our qualified and quick turnout dies),PART WELDING,PART ASSEMBLING,SURFACE FINISH and other related chain service. The company is located in DongGuan, where it is about 2 hours to HongKong and 1.5 hours to GuangZhou. Below are some features of our company:

2) Designing tool and dies meeting customer's expectation with our own tooling design, using softwares Auto CAD,Solidwork,Pro/E and Master CAM...etc
3) 80 employees for tooling manufacturing
4) Metal dies (Progressive dies, Stage Dies, Transfer dies) are applied to office equipments, electrical household appliances, furniture brackets, Constructions, Smaller structural parts of automobile...etc. Flex circuits tools (blank dies, pierce dies, index covertly dies, QDC press tools) are use to process Flex circuits which are applied in mobiles, laptops, cameras, printers, connectors...etc.
5) Maximum precision is up to +/- 0.05mm (Part dimensions), Minimum round holes we can pierce is +/-0.45mm
6) Lead-time: 10-15 days for FPC tools and 40-60 days for metal dies (depending on the complexity of customers' products)
7) Guarantee the tooling life 500,000 shots for Flex circuits tools and 300,000 for metal dies.
8) Sheet Metal and stamping Capacity: 5000pcs/day
9) Use good tool steel (SKD 11, SKH-9, SLD, D2, ASAP...etc) for the punch and matrix steel (Hardness HRC 58~62)
10) Use high-performance components for key parts (Misumi Brand for an example)
11) Each tool is 100% tested and tried out before its delivery. Bulk productions are strictly controlled by ISO quality system.
12) Main machines: CNC processing center, Sodick wire EDM machines, high speed milling machines, drilling machines; punches: 40t-250t, CNC Turrent Press Machine, CNC press brake machine, 3D coordinator measuring machine...etc
13) Maximum part dimensions: 1000mm * 800mm
14) Maximum part thickness: no more than 6mm
15) Products export to USA, France, Russia, UK, Israel, Germany, the Netherlands, Jordan, Iran, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia
